Ugur Maslamani

Ugur Maslamani

He started his professional career as Research and Development Engineer at Akmerkez in 2000. After 7 years he was transferred to Akis Gayrimenkul Yatırımı A.S. as Strategic Planning Manager and played an important role in the development of Akasya, Akbatı and Akkoza Projects. In 2010, he was transferred to Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked as the Portfolio Manager of the Zorlu Center, Family Mall Erbil and Emaar Libadiye Projects and then his role changed to Leasing Manager for Foreign and Ronesans’s Shopping Centers Projects. Maslamani, who founded Akmani Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.S in 2012, realized the Baku Luxen Plaza, and Özyurtlar Nmerkez Projects. He graduated from Industiral Engineering of Kyrenia American University and received his MBA from Bilgi University in 2004. Moreover, he also has ICSC John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals Certificate and is one of the active members of the general assembly of Galatasaray Football Club.
Hakan Ozkan

Hakan Ozkan

He started his carrier path with his family business called Batum’93 in 2002. In 2005, he started to proceed with his career by working as a Project Manager in the second metro project of Istanbul and he coordinated 12 construction sites throughout the project. In 2008, he was responsible for the cost control of Akkoza Project carried out by Garanti Koza; he was in charge of the Cost Control of the project, which involved 5,000 residential properties with 857,000 sq m and managed the feasibility and cash flow processes. In 2011, as a Project Coordinator, his role was to manage whole concept, feasibility, cash flow, sales and marketing processes of the Kozapark Project. In 2012, as a RealEstate Development Manager, he directed the real estate investments of Garanti Koza in Turkey and neighbor countries. During this time, he coordinated all the processes of the first Turkish – Japanese joint venture construction company establishment by the merger of Maeda Corporation and Garanti Koza where he continued to work as Business Development Manager until 2014. He graduated from Construction Engineering of Sakarya University and then he took his master degree for Engineering Management from Bahçeşehir University.

    She started her professional career as Assistant to the General Manager at Akmerkez in 2003 where she played an active role in all stages of the management process of the shopping center. After her role in Akmerkez, she has founded Vioser Ltd. Sti. she continued her business path as the Managing Partner of the company for 3 years. As from 2010 to 2015, she took role in the Planning and Reporting Department of Property Management at Jones Lang LaSalle.
    She has her bachelor degree of International Relations and her master degree of Marketing from Bilgi University. She is certified of Alp Alkaş Retail and Real Estate Management Programme of Ozyegin University in 2015 and she also has ICSC John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals Certificate

    Leasing And Marketing Manager

    Born in Konya Nimet Erdem Altaş graduated in business at Uludağ University and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from the University of London Nimet started her career in 2008 conference and banquating department at Four Season Hotel in London and later focused on Shopping Center feasibility studies at Akademetre Strategic Planning Nimet has started to work Sierra Reval as Marketing PR Executive working on planning application management and control of all Marketing and Communication activities of Sierra Reval s Shopping Center portfolio. During that period Nimet was responsible for several shopping center on marketing and leasing. Starting October 2015 Nimet has joined Mixuse team as Project Leasing Manager.
